Lately this here blog has been quite "music centric" you could maybe say...and in keeping with the theme here's a little MORE MUSIC for you to go investigate.

Hey funkstertrunkians, Now continuing on with this music mayhem theme; I have another song to share with you. I quite like this song and its lyrics...and highly recommend that you give it a listen. (You just might fall in love.) Plus who doesn't love an awesome pirate ship picture?

^the video above contains a song that I've really been loving lately...and discovered fairly recently. God Of the Impossible (EVERFOUND Remix) by Everfound.
"A Wrinkle In Time": by Madeleine L'Engle is both a fascinating and frightening book.
I highly recommend it, assuming you've already read it...but incase you haven't here's a couple o' thoughts!
Like I previously mentioned this book is both "fascinating and frightening." In my opinion absolutely nothing could more accurately (and perhaps bluntly) describe the novel's contents. The characters are dysfunctional and relatable. There's the "black thing", school tensions, & dark forces at work...but also love, joy, happiness, and ultimately of all; big + bold references about God. Despite the fear factor, it's a book I've actually read multiple times because it's just that captivating.
If you've never read this humdinger it's probably time you uh..do.
If you've already this humdinger well uh..um...maybe you could read it again?
The book gets an 8 out of 10.
(And no, as far as I'm aware, the rainbow wings in this case are not a sign of support of same-sex marriages.) Rather, think of the rainbow as a sign pointing back to God.
(Genesis 9:13 tells us) "I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth." and this song "The rainbows in the sky to show God's promises are true."
These Limbs(Brandon Zedaker Remix)-by Urban Rescue.
I really like the profound message behind this song
and wish to make it more known.
I believe the lyrics tell a story of someone who realizes that they're at their
best and most fulfilled when they invite God to work through them. Probably my favourite line in this song is the part "I'm giving you back my heart, for all that you dreamt I'd be." There's a bit of a heads up warning in the first part...in the sense that it says he's "giving back" his heart. When we try to withdraw from God we miss out. This line seems to point out how important it is to remember to give back. Then there's this: the idea of God having a vision/dream for all he wants you & me to be. I find that this is something extraordinary indeed.
Thanks for reading, (and possibly listening too if you watch the video below) have a stellar day.
